Prepare Your Equipment
Ensure all fitness gear is disassembled and placed back in its original packaging, including all bolts, tools, and manuals.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for heavy items.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
